Terms and Conditions
Returns are straightforward. If you wish to return any purchase for whatever reason – this can be done within 14 days of the date of dispatch. The goods must be returned in their original condition.
If there is a fault with your product, we will refund your shipping cost.
Items cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
A re-stocking fee may be charged at our discretion in the following circumstances:
- The purchase is returned more than 14 days after the dispatch date. (Not applicable to Scanner’s and Digital Camera’s)
- The product(s) were not returned in their original condition and are un-sellable.

You will be notified by email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of receiving your item.
Please note that we only refund shipping charges if the return is a result of a defective or damaged product.
If your product was not shipped within 30 days of receipt of your order, you can receive a full refund on cancelling the order or returning the product.Cancelling un-shipped Orders:
You may cancel any order provided that it has not yet entered the shipping process. We act on orders within two days – therefore please send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible. We will do our best to fulfil your request.
